See True Vertical Integration in Action: CODI Power Controls at Yotta 2026

`
September 28 to 30 | Caesars Forum, Las Vegas | Booth 301
For the second year in a row, CODI Power Controls is on the floor at Yotta. This year we are bringing hardware: a UL 891 3R Generator Docking Station, a UL 67 Panelboard and a UL 891 Switchboard, all featuring breakers and components from Eaton, Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, and others.
All of it is built by us in our modern, 100,000-square-foot facility, and when we say built by us, we mean it.
Copper busbar is sheared, punched, and formed in-house.
Sheet metal is laser cut, punched, formed, welded, and powder coated in-house.
GPO-3 and Glastic insulation components are waterjet cut to print in-house.
And everything is wired and assembled by our skilled technicians.
But it all really begins with the CODI engineering team. Several of them will be at Yotta, and they are the same engineers who will work your next project.
Who is CODI?
CODI was established in 1992 as a vertically integrated manufacturer, building automation and critical systems for customers who cannot afford downtime. As our business has changed, some things have not. We remain a fiercely independent company. We choose to build products with integrity and to last. In a segment where lead times, ownership changes, and supply chain disruption have burned a lot of buyers over the last three years, continuity is one of our hallmarks. We are a veteran-owned family business under the second-generation leadership of Jared Jones.
We build power distribution gear for data centers, utilities, healthcare, transportation, government, industrial, and energy. Mission critical is not a marketing word here. It is the load profile we design to.

What will be on display at Yotta?
Three product lines, all UL listed, and built by our hands in Littleton, Colorado.
Generator Docking Station Come by the booth and look through the plexi panels of our display model. You will see the precision bends, the bolts torqued to tolerance, and the engineering decisions behind them.
A generator docking station gives a facility a permanent, code-compliant connection point for a portable or roll-up generator. It has to support planned maintenance on the permanent standby plant without dropping critical load, and it has to give operations a defined, tested path to temporary power when something goes wrong upstream. Easy to describe, but how can you order it?
Our exclusive online topologies resource helps our customers configure systems to their specifications. We make it easy to understand the components of the single-line drawings that include cam-type connectors, mechanical interlock schemes, kirk key sequencing, and where the docking station sits relative to the transfer switch.
UL 891 Switchboard We are bringing a three-section switchboard, service entrance through main distribution, the same build that feeds critical facilities every day. Every CODI switchboard is engineered to order, not pulled from a catalog of fixed configurations. You tell us the sections, the ratings, and the layout your site actually needs, and that is what we build.
With CODI systems, you choose the breaker brand which is an advantage that prevents vendor lock-in. We have access to multiple OEM breaker lines, so the switchboard can match whatever standard your portfolio already runs and whatever your spare parts shelf already stocks. No forced conversion into one manufacturer's ecosystem because that is the only thing the fabricator knows how to buy.
UL 67 Panelboard The panelboard may be the least glamorous box in the lineup and one of the most critical.
Ours are UL 67 listed and scoped to industrial and utility-scale distribution, which is a different animal from the commercial panelboards most people picture. Same shop, same busbar, same torque discipline, same powder coat booth as the switchboard standing next to it at the booth. Branch circuit distribution is where a lot of schedule risk hides on a data center project, and it should not be the part you are chasing.
Stop by and take a look. We have been doing some really interesting things with this component.
CODI the Fabricator
In the years we have been building power distribution equipment, we have also built a reputation as a quality OEM parts manufacturer, trusted by several of the marquee brands in this space.
If you build switchgear, panelboards, or enclosures and your backlog has outrun your shop, we take on overflow copper busbar and sheet metal work under the same UL 891, UL 67, and UL 508A listings we build our own products under. That conversation is welcome at booth 301 too, and the full capability list is on our contract fabrication page.
What does "Mission Critical" Really Mean?
In this space, people throw around "mission critical." What does it actually mean beyond the marketing superlatives? At CODI, it means deep roots as a true US manufacturer, personal accountability, and a commitment to engineering and quality we are willing to be judged on. Come to booth 301, meet our leadership and engineering team, and find out why we are building a reputation for excellence in low-voltage power distribution.
