The CODI Generator Docking Station is a UL 891-listed dead-front switchboard engineered as a permanent connection point for temporary generator access. Built for critical power projects, each unit is configured around the site’s voltage, amperage, available fault current, connection type, enclosure rating, interlocking, metering, and project-specific safety options. Designed and assembled in Littleton, Colorado.

Construction: UL 891 dead-front construction.
Enclosure: Galvannealed steel with powder-coat or stainless steel finish.
Rating: NEMA 1 (indoor) and NEMA 3R (outdoor).
Seismic: Available with bracing to meet project-specific requirements per IBC 1613 and ASCE 7.
Mounting: Free-standing or wall-mount configurations available depending on ampacity and breaker frame size.
Access: Padlockable front doors with three-point latching.
Cable Entry: Removable gland plates and bottom-feed provisions for conduit routing and cable termination.
Bus: High-conductivity silver-plated copper or tin-plated aluminum; full-capacity neutral where required and an equipment-grounding bus sized for the application.

Connection Type: Industry-standard Series 16 Cam-Lock receptacles (color-coded for phase and conductor identification and labeled for system voltage and current rating) for rapid, tool-free generator cabling deployment.
Circuit Breakers: Available with qualified breaker families from multiple major manufacturers (Eaton, Siemens, ABB, etc.), subject to ratings and UL 891 construction requirements.
Surge Protection: Integrated Type 1 or Type 2 Surge Protective Devices (SPD) available to shield sensitive downstream electronics from transient voltage spikes.
Instrumentation: Phase-sequence monitoring verifies correct phase rotation before connection or energization. Optional voltage indicators provide visual source-voltage confirmation.

Interlocking: Kirk Key or mechanical walking-beam interlocks available to prevent cross-connection and ensure safe transfer sequences between utility and generator power.
