Low-Voltage UL 891 Switchboards
SWITCHBOARDS
Engineer-to-order dead-front switchboards for service entrance, main distribution, and emergency power applications.
CODI builds custom UL 891 listed switchboards for service entrance, main distribution, emergency power, and commercial power distribution applications. Each dead-front switchboard is engineered around your voltage, ampacity, fault current, breaker standard, enclosure rating, and site-specific requirements.
Manufactured in Littleton, Colorado, CODI switchboards give facility teams a configurable alternative to catalog-only equipment, with clean documentation, multi-brand breaker flexibility, and shorter lead times than traditional national OEM channels.

KEY FEATURES
Custom Configuration
Engineered to your project's exact voltage, ampacity, fault current, and breaker requirements — not a catalog solution.
UL 891 Listed Dead-Front
Every switchboard ships UL 891 listed as a dead-front assembly, preventing access to live bus and components during normal operation.
High-Capacity Bus
Main bus ratings from 400A to 5000A; silver-plated copper or tin-plated aluminum bus available.
High Fault Current Ratings
Short-Circuit Current Ratings (SCCR) 65kAIC standard up to 200kAIC to match facility fault current requirements.
Multi-Brand Breaker Compatibility
Accommodates molded-case and insulated-case circuit breakers from major manufacturers (Siemens, Eaton, ABB, etc.) — no proprietary lock-in.
Enclosure Options
TYPE 1 (indoor) and TYPE 3R (outdoor) configurations; stainless steel available for corrosive environments.
